stub generator for headerDoc or other doc tool

I know this is asking a lot, but is there anyway AppCode could generate documentation 'stubs' for headerDoc or another source code documentation tool? I use the javadoc stub generator in IntelliJ extensively, and I'd like the same for AppCode.
