AppCode runs indexing process several times each time I start it

The recent build of AppCode has really unstable indexing at startup. Each time I start AppCode it runs whole indexing process 2-3 times so it takes very long time to wait until app is ready. When working with Xcode at same time it is impossible to use AppCode because of often reload of a project.
More over - it became really slow to navigate through code comparing to previous builds (seems like indexing fails after all).
I'm not sure if it's bug or maybe I should clean project's indexes somehow (due to its corrupted?).
Any recommendations will be appreciated.

upd. it's not caching at startup (as I wrote initially here), but building index of code structure more likely. Sorry about misconception.
Any ideas? Where project's indexes is stored at least?
