Breakpoint (red bullet) dragging cause it to hover below the cursor

I set a breakpoint and then I try to drag the red bullet up and down. The moment I click on the red bullet, a copy of it appears a few inches below the cursor. If I move the cursor, it moves with the cursor but it always keeps the same distance.
