Code Style -> Do not wrap/Do not force can't be changed

In Settings -> Code Style...


Even though the "Do not wrap" and "Do not force" dropdowns are selectable, it doesn't matter what I choose - it always reverts to "Do not..." - checkboxes works fine though...
