How to issue EOF (Ctrl-D) in PyCharm 3 Terminal?

Ctrl-D in the built in terminal in PyCharm 3 does not work. This is nice for aiding in the exiting python shells and ssh and telnet sessions.

Is there a work around for this?

Hi Lew, which OS are you using? Which keymap do you have in PyCharm settings?

Mac OS X 10.7.5 with the Mac OS X 10.5+ key bindings. Default has Ctrl-D start debugging.
