How to change the color of scrollbar scrubbers/thumbs?

I've searched Preferences and can't find a way to change the color of scrollbar scrubbers/thumbs. (I'm using Darcula and the light grey of the scrubber gets lost among the other color indicators at the right edge of the editor.)

How can this be done?
