Setting up Tool Chains

New to CLion. I started it up for the first time and got to the Tool Chains Setup/Configuration panel. I realized that I hadn't installed MinGW etc. on my new PC, so I exited out and installed them. Now when I start CLion the Tool Chains pnael/dialog does not appear. how do I get it back?
