Breakpoints stopped working

Breaking, stepping and inspecting data in Clojure worked like a charm, very impressive, then suddenly all my  breakpoints get ignored.

I realise this isnt much to go on, but is there any simple things that could cause this, eg I have tampered with the wrong settings?

I've checked for the most stupid causes, break points are enabled, I'm doing "Debug" not "Run", there are no step skipping etc.

I've also tried using another project and deleted the local settings dir, (~/.Intellij ...) but no result.
