Intellij not indexing all files

I am trying to import whole android codebase to intellij, intellij is not indexing all the files but then when I import any individual project say, frameworks/base, intellij works fine. Can anyone guide me, what is the problem here?

Make sure all the source roots are configured correctly.
Yeah. Tried. No success.
Please provide a screenshot of the root in the project view that is not indexed.
