how to refer to a DTD present in the plugin jar, from an xml that is part of the same jar

Hi

In my plugin, resources folder i have a DTD and an xml. From the xml i need to refer to this dtd. 

what is the doc type i need to give so that it will work when i make the plugin for deployment and install it in any intellij.
