Syntax Highlighting for Var/Vals declared in constructor broken?

I posted an issue on the bug tracker and was wondering what people thought.

Basically I think that val / vars declared in a constructor should not use method parameter highlighting but instead the same highlight as for a field val/var declared in the class itself.

I provided an example in the ticket.
