PyCharm plugin automatic update

I am creating a custom plugin for PyCharm CE which is published to Enterprise Repository.

However, when I deploy a new plugin version and change version attribute in updatePlugins.xml PyCharm does not notify me about the update. What's more, when I go to Plugins and try Reload List of Plugins it does not show that there is an update for the plugin.

Can anyone, please, advise what may cause the trouble?
