I've been running Rubymine for a week now with Windows 10. Only one significant hiccup that I have noticed; the terminals won't run with the new Windows 10 console; you'll have to force the console to run in legacy mode for the time being (bug report & howto: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-135722)
