Use selection as replacement?

"Find Word at Caret" works as expected (though a better name might be "Find Selection" but there doesn't seem to be a cooresponding "Use Selection as Replacement".  This is a feature I've come to expect, present in BBEdit, TextMate, and Sublime.  What am I missing?  Thanks!
