Formatting issues

Hi, can somebody plese help me to solve these problems?

1. I just copied and pasted this method, you can see formatting is broken:


2. just selected this block of code and applied autoformatting:


I am working with guys from India so autoformatting is very helpful for me...
The first problem appear only in 4 version of RubyMine, the second — in both.
