Unable to edit xxx.rjs.erb files

Under RubyMine 3.2.3
WIndows and Mac
Rails 3.1 (release)

When I create a xxx.rjs.erb file...

I am able to edit it just fine.

However, if I close it and then re-open it (as in the next day), I can no longer edit the file.

I have a work-around, which is to temporarily rename the file

RubyMine 3.1.1 (Tested on Windows only) exhibits this same behavior.
