Ignored Files changelist wont go away??

Hello Dave,

Press the "Show Ignored Files" button in the Changes view toolbar.

I have searched everywhere but can't find the answer to this...

I have one file (Gemfile.lock) listed in my Ignored Files changelist.
How can I get the Ignored Files list to go away? I am already ignoring
the Gemfile.lock file itself, but I don't want to see the stupid
Ignored Files list under my "changes" tab area.

Can someone help??
