Upgrading RubyMine 3 on Windows?

I already have RubyMine 3 installed on my WIndows machine, and now they have a small update to RM, so I downloaded it.

However, how am I supposed to apply the upgraded version? It appears that I have to go through Control Panel -> Add/Remove Software and remove the current version before I can install the upgraded version.

It wants to do a new install, rather than apply an upgrade.
