Hi there,

The Rails project 2.3.5 shows "Install and attach missing gems ..." for gems that are present in vendor/gems.

The app runs fine, tests execute fine etc.

The OS and Ruby are : OS X 10.5, using 1.8.7 ruby (from macports).
