Unable to Kill Process (i.e. webrick) from Rubymine

I cannot kill webrick from Rubymine once I have started it.  I click on the Stop icon (red box icon) and nothing happens.  I have to manually kill the process via CLI.

Environment:
Mac 10.6
Rubymine EAP 93.130
Java 1.6.0_15

Haven't experience this issue in Ubuntu Karmic, though that box is using an older build of RM.

Has anyone else experienced this?  If so, is there a solution?

UPDATE: I upgraded the JVM to 1.6.0_17, the issue resolved itself.

UPDATE (Apr 29 2010): now running Rubymine 2.0.2 Final and problem is back.  Has anyone else experienced this?
