Problem: install gems inside ruby

Hi..I've used rm for a long time but now I update ruby to version 1.9 so I had reinstall my gems, the problem is than when I press install gems inside rubymine appear "downloading gems from....." 0 gems downloaded so far...this take a while but never download any gem, the list is empty and appears 0 gm downloaded...what could be it?..thanks...
