bug: 'help topics' menu item doesn't do anything

Hi,

Mac OSX 10.6 build #RM-93.55  (built on Dec 23)

Clicking on 'Help' in menu bar has a huge lag (3+ seconds) before anything shows.

When it does show, the 'Help Topics' option does nothing.

Also, with the vim plugin.. issuing the command :help results in a popup error

I've been very impressed with the Rubymine product and am willing to put some effort into helping you with bug reports- would it be preferable to put them straight into your bug tracker or use the forum ?

The preferrable way of handling problems is:

• Search forum
• Search issue tracker
• File a bug if it is nescessary or you are sure that it is bug
