Rename refactoring should default to existing name

Hello Matt,

The rename dialog has lost its default value of the existing name (it used to do this).  This is especially painful when the name is long and you only need to tweak it.  Please re-add the existing value.

We are already aware of this issue and it is already fixed in development builds.
Fix will be available in coming RubyMine EAP build. Sorry for such inconveniences.

Thanks!  I have confirmed the fix in #1421.
