Reordering tabs by draggin

Is there a way to tell the RubyMine IDE that tabs should be draggable? I often find that I'd simply like to reorder my tabs by dragging them.

Please select "Show tabs in single row" in File | Settings | Editor | Editor Tabs

And I would like to add a suggestion that you can drag tabs from one split window to another - or is there a way to move tabs between split views that I'm not aware of?

Only using context menu(on tab name) with help of "Move To Opposite Group" action.
