Rails enviroments

Hi,

I notice that RubyMine use only rails default enviroments (production, development, test) in a web-server configuration.
So, you can't start/choose web-server with other enviroment e.g. 'worktstation', 'uat' ....

I think, it is good idea to find all enviroments in the RAILS_ROOT/enviroment/ directory and add them into a select box.
