Why certain plugins disappears from plugin browser?

Hello!

I'm using IntelliJ IDEA  Community Edition on ArchLinux.
One or two months ago I installed it on Virtual Machine in office. I installed several pluging (C/C++ and Lua) and they were working very well.
Now I tried to do it on my home laptop(not virtual machine). IDE is working well, but I can`t install these two plugins. No more C/C++ and Lua plugins in Plugins Browser. On a laptop I have the newest version, on VM is a previous one and there plugins still working.

What can be a problem?
