Hi,
I noticed that plugins.jetbrains.net isn't reachable any more. plugin.jetbrains.com is online, though.
Maybe you need to change .net to point to the same address as .com ?

As far as I remember, this URL never worked. You can access the plugin repository either as plugins.intellij.net or plugins.jetbrains.com, both of which work right now.
