IDEA 8 (9013) - How to customize Generate.ToString plugin?

I've been through all the settings options and can not find any way to customize the Generate.ToString plugin. In IDEA 7 it had its own entry on the Settings dialog. But now that it is bundled, it is no longer there.

How does one customize it?

The "Generate toString" dialog itself has a Settings button now.
