IVY Importer

I have a created ivy.xml that works. When I import the settings, it only pulls in the setting for the dependency listed in the ivy.xml. The project is not updated to include the dependencies.

It shows the library (e.g. Struts 1.2.8), but nothing else. I had to change the Artifact pattern to the following in order to get it to work.

I think that some of the problems are related to trying to use your plugin with Ivy 2.0.0 alpha 1
