[ANN] IdeaVIM 0.11.2-5x

Another new version of IdeaVIM for IDEA 5.x and 6.x.

This release includes:

New Features
- / and ? can now be used as motion operators after such commands as d and c.
- Added support for history option.
- Added support for :history command.
- Added support for command line editing including history.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed packaging of help system so help actually works.
- Handle failed assertion errors when adding a document listener.
