[ANN] Fitnesse Plugin 0.7.1

Hi,

Version 0.7.1 changes

• feature: added vm and application parameter field to run configuration

• feature: added correct highlighting when a table header row is preceded by a !

• bug: !c is now highlighted as layout.

• bug: correct parsing of preformatted syntax</li>

• bug: improved handling of list syntax which was highlighting things like ') *!'.

• bug: removed NPE when running fitnesse from configuartion without opening first. Caused Invalid JDK dialog.

available only on sourceforge at the moment since the repository seems to be locked down.
