Exception when trying to usethe Webservices plugin...

I get an exception telling me that it can't find an a class, namely: Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/tools/ant/launch/Launcher

Should all the needed classes come with the plugin? And it not, where do I find the classes I need?
