[feature requests] Code Dependency plugin

- Read only Dependency Structure Matrix (DSM) view. (See Lattix,
Structure101, dsmweb.org)

- Allow to color code the different IDEA scopes in DSM and graph views
(i.e. test classes in gray, public api in green, implementation in orange)

- Allow to turn grouping by modules and scopes in the DSM on and off
like in the IDEA packages view.

- Provide a way to select a number of classes/packages in the DSM and
create new IDEA scope.

- Provide a way to select a cross point in the DSM and define an IDEA
dependency rule.

- Highlight illegal dependencies in DSM and graph views (using IDEA's
scopes and dependency rules.)
