[ANN] TabSwitch 1.5.1

Fixed a NoSuchMethodError which happened on IDEA 5.0.2 and below. I was
using a piece of openapi which was introduced in the 5.1 EAP without
realizing it. This version was actually tested on IDEA 5.0 (#3436) and
should work properly.
