ClearCase: checkout comment dialog keeps opening

ClearCasePlugin: 1.33.3
"Do not show this dialog in future" check-box in "Checkout Comment" dialog doesn't work for me.
Dialog keeps opening on every checkout with check-box cleared.
Is it some configuration problem?
