feature request :) Properties files' Loading with module independently.

Another feature request (or maybe it's already possible?)
Is it possible to disable the "structure" tool window?
I don't use it but it's always coming back :) A bit annoying!

1 PE should have the ability to switch properties file loading between module and project. The module usually maintains its properties files,and modules are independent on their setting for using properties files. PE should have ability to loading properties files under module root directory independently. Code assistant and navigator will be more effective.
2 PE should have the ability to ignore some properties files. Now a lot of frameworks or tools use properties file for their setting,and these files are not used during our software development,such as Hibernate's hibernate.properties,Mavnen's project.properties and so on. Loading these properties file only wastes memory and give us complexity for using some PE's functions.

It opens by itself!
And then either it's docked, and it replaces my already showing sidebar,
or it's floating and then it hides some of my editor.

In current iteration of IDEA was implemented RFE which may allow to use standard StructureView. Be patient :)

When does the structure pane opens by itself? This never happened to me.

Never mind, you're talking specifically about the PropertiesEditor structure pane. Yeah, it does open itself and it is annoying sometimes :)
