I've just uploaded versions of Rearranger and Tabifier plugins that you can see in 4.5's Plugin Manager. The version numbers had to change, but there's no change in functionality.
What version of IDEA are you using? Pallada? 4.0?
I'm using build 2233 and I can't find them in the plugin manager.
I'm using 4.5 that I just downloaded. No Rearranger, no tabifier, and no HungryBackSpace.
