[ANN] XPathView 0.5

New version is compatible with IDEA's new "since-build" versioning scheme and supports
build 2165+

Additional changes:
- Fixed bug that caused queries with unbound namespace prefixes to match the default namespace
- Split plugin into XPath core and visualisation components. Enables the theoretical use of XPath
queries in other plugins.
