Small PE problem

I encountered a small problem in PE.

In the rename dialog and possibly others, I like the fact that
CtrlShiftarrows works with the delimiter.

But, adding shift doesn't do selection.
CtrlShiftArrow should do selection as well as move the cursor.

Shift+Arrow works as expected (1 character added / removed from selection).
