Where Should I Host Error Reporting for Plugins

Right now I have error report submission enabled in my language plugin. Currently the
error reports go to a free bugscout account.

I have a YouTrack version of the error submitter, but there is no free hosted YouTrack server I could find, and my ISP only allows java 1.4 apps, so I can't self-host.

It would be great to have a YouTrack server for all the plugins so their error reports could all go to the same place, but besides that - are there any other suggested locations for the error reports? What are other authors doing?
