ANN: JIRA Plugin Violator
Just uploading a new build of the JIRA plugin with a TODO item intention
to create a new JIRA Issue.
Theres also a normal action to create an issue bound to ctrl-shift-i.
When using the intention action, the environment is set to that of the
Filename and line number of the TODO item.
I have a few ideas of things to add to this, but if anyone else has any,
lemme know :)
