[ANN] ResinIntegration 0.5 available for Aurora

Version 0.5 of the ResinIntegration plugin is available at
http://www.intellij.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/ResinIntegration

It provides support for both Resin 2.x and Resin 3.x.

This version is considered alpha, very little testing has been
done and there are some known problems.

It is a simple modification of the Tomcat integration sources
made to work with Aurora and Resin 2.x / Resin 3.x.

It does not support debugging of JSPs yet.

Sources will be available soon (I just need to clean it up first).
