[ANN] PerforceDirectPlugin 1.0.2 (minor update)

This plugin version is ONLY for EAP build 929.

Only minor changes today:
- command log should be redirected to idea.log
- changed DiffPanel API reflected

I have to disappoint everyone (including myself) that
the planned off-line support is still not finished.
Not enough time right now, sorry.
