[ANN] SerialVersionUIDPlugin 0.0.1

Hi,

I've just released a initial release of my SerialVersionUIDPlugin.

The plugin works for me.... but it doesn't have any error
reporting/conflictresolution dialogs yet.

Due to lack of time I won't implement the gui stuff, so if there's
anybody out there that does have some time...... (the source is included).
