[ANN] Yet Another Javadoc plugin :)

Well, as the subject says there is yet another javadoc plugin.

This is my first Idea plugin and the main reason I wrote it is because
I pretty much got addicted to the same functionality in Visual SlickEdit.

I am not even sure it will be helpful to people without this addiction,
but I hope it will :)
