[Ann] WTK 104 emulator plugin

Hi folks,

I have a plugin for all of you, who develop J2ME midlets.
It wraps SUN Microsystems WTK 1.04 emulator and allows to
build midlet project, deploy midlet locally or via FTP (not yet) start/stop midlet in "normal" or debug mode etc.
This is version ,say 0.1 or so, so please be patient and let me know about the bugs/misfunctioning etc. you find.
Of course you should already have installed the software from SUN (http://java.sun.com/products/j2mewtoolkit/)
