[ANN] PsiViewer 2.6 available

Fixed:
- initial toolbar button state.
- erratic highlight behaviour (it now applies/removes highlighting on demand as you would expect).
- refactored flabby PsiViewerProjectComponent.

Not fixed yet:
- split pane divider location snapping to the top when 'show properties' button is toggled.
