Hmm. RelayIRC seems to have troubles with my firewall/router...

I tried the standalone version too - same problem...

Err.. what type of proxy are you using with your usual IRC client?
SOCKS,HTTP,...
I mean may be the problem can be easily fixed by changing port numers,
setting system properties or using socks proxy lib

I use a Linux-Server with NAT/Masquerading.
I?ve installed a MasqModule that should allow IRC. My other irc-programms
work nice (e.g. mirc)...

Don?t really know what the problem is.
