You may want to promote Kotlin, but I don't feel it deserves 2nd place on the "new" file menu

On source, right click on New, Kotlin is right up there in 2nd place.
I feel this is an unnecessary addition to the most important parts of the menu, since I suspect very few of us are going to be using it. As a Scala user, I'm prepared to concede head of the menu status to Java class files, but not Kotlin
