Is there a way to disable path variable expansion in module settings?

Hi,

I'm using the $MODULE_DIR$ path variable under the Manifest Generation tab of the OSGi facet.
It works fine and it is saved as a path variable in the project's settings.

However it is expanded in the GUI and the actual path is shown.
Is there an option to avoid this expansion and show the path variable as it is?
